Crafted with Durum Wheat Semolina and Italian Tipo 00 Flour, offering a rich and natural wheat aroma. Pressed through the anodized aluminum rollers of an Italian Marcato chrome-plated steel machine, the pasta achieves a slightly textured surface—perfect for absorbing sauces while delivering a delightfully firm, "al dente" texture. Compared to mass-produced dried pasta, our fresh handmade pasta has a higher moisture content and cooks in just 4 minutes.
