Farm located in Doi Chang at high altitude (1250m+ )
Locally produce beans with Primary notes - brown sugar, alongside berries, floral and slight winery accents. Usually lower acidity than many Arabic coffees, offering a clean and smooth finish.

With caramel aroma, minimal acidity, suitable for both hot & cold brew.

Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal tightly after opening.

Hand-drip: Medium (800µm）
Moka Pot: Medium-fine ( 600µm / 2 bar）
Espresso-making: Fine (300µm / 8 bar）
