In 2023, BEURRE set out to transform the 1,000-year-old perception of seaweed as merely a side dish for meals. We developed this product by reimagining seaweed in five diverse flavors. Our goal was to shift the focus from a "side dish for rice" to a trendy "snack" and a "superfood" tailored for health-conscious and diet-focused consumers. Furthermore, starting with exports to Japan in 2024, BEURRE are currently preparing to expand our reach to the United States, Taiwan, and other global markets.
